Job Title: Service Coordinator (After-Sales)

Job Summary

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating after-sales service activities, scheduling service engineers, handling customer service requests,



and ensuring timely resolution of service issues.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule service engineers for customer visits.

Receive and record customer service requests and complaints.

Prepare service schedules and assign work orders.

Follow up with customers on service status and closure.

Coordinate with spare parts, stores, and technical teams.

Maintain service reports, AMC records, and customer databases.

Ensure timely completion of service calls and customer satisfaction.

Prepare daily and monthly service reports.
