Role Description The Server role at THE THIRD PLACE @ KP is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. Servers greet guests, present menus, take food and beverage orders, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of items to tables. They provide recommendations, answer questions about menu items, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service.

Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, processing payments, and addressing guest concerns with professionalism. Servers also support opening and closing duties,



follow hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to a friendly, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

Ability to provide attentive, courteous guest service and maintain a welcoming demeanor throughout shifts.

Strong communication skills to take orders clearly, relay information to the kitchen or bar, and respond to guest inquiries.

Basic numeracy and point-of-sale (POS) skills to handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.

Capacity to stand for extended periods, carry trays or dishes safely, and work in a quick-paced environment.

Attention to cleanliness, food safety, and personal hygiene standards in line with hospitality best practices.

Team-oriented mindset, reliability in attendance, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Prior experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn and follow guidance is essential.

Basic English communication skills; additional local language
