Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO department, develop effective search engine optimization strategies, and drive sustainable organic growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, content strategy, analytics, and team management. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple projects, mentoring team members, and delivering measurable SEO results.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO Executives and SEO Specialists.
- Assign daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to team members.
- Monitor team productivity and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Train new employees on SEO processes, tools, and best practices.
- Develop KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges faced by the team.
- Create SOPs and streamline SEO workflows.

SEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Perform detailed website SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Conduct keyword research for high-volume and high-conversion opportunities.
- Build long-term SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Plan content strategies based on search intent and keyword opportunities.
- Identify new growth opportunities through competitor and market analysis.

On-Page SEO
- Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and service pages.
- Improve meta titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, URL optimization, and internal linking.
- Ensure proper implementation of schema markup.
- Optimize images, ALT tags, and page content.
- Improve website crawlability and indexability.
- Work closely with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content creation.

Technical SEO




- Conduct regular technical SEO audits.
- Identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, and duplicate content.
- Improve Core Web Vitals and page speed.
- Manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt.
- Monitor canonical tags and redirect implementation.
- Optimize mobile usability.
- Coordinate with developers for technical SEO implementation.

Off-Page SEO
- Develop ethical link-building strategies.
- Monitor backlink quality and remove toxic backlinks.
- Build relationships with publishers and outreach partners.
- Track domain authority and referring domains.
- Plan digital PR and guest posting campaigns.

Local SEO
- Optimize Google Business Profiles.
- Improve local search rankings.
- Manage citations and local directory submissions.
- Monitor local reviews and reputation management.

Content Strategy
- Plan SEO-driven content calendars.
- Identify content gaps.
- Collaborate with content writers for blogs and landing pages.
- Optimize existing content for improved rankings.
- Ensure content aligns with user intent and EEAT guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools.
- Track keyword rankings and organic traffic.
- Analyze competitor performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly SEO reports.
- Present actionable insights to management.
- Measure ROI of SEO initiatives.

Collaboration
- Work closely with Web Developers, Designers, Content Writers, and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate with PPC and Social Media teams for integrated campaigns.
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented during website development.

Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates.
- Test new SEO techniques and strategies.




- Research emerging SEO trends and AI-powered search developments.
- Recommend innovative solutions for improving organic visibility.

Qualifications
