Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Manager to lead our organic search strategy and drive sustainable growth in website traffic, lead generation, and online visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, content optimization, and analytics, along with experience managing SEO projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, website traffic, and conversions.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Manage and optimize On-Page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, content structure, and URL architecture.

- Lead Technical SEO initiatives such as site audits, crawl analysis, indexing optimization, Core Web Vitals improvements, schema implementation, and website performance enhancements.

- Plan and execute Off-Page SEO campaigns, including backlink acquisition and authority-building strategies.

- Monitor website performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

- Collaborate with content, development, product, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital initiatives.

- Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs, rankings, traffic trends, and conversion metrics.

- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends, and proactively recommend improvements.

- Manage SEO projects, timelines,



and stakeholder expectations effectively.

- Mentor and guide junior SEO team members and support their career development

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, including Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO.

- Strong understanding of Google ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices.

- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, and Google Keyword Planner.

- Strong knowledge of website architecture, indexing, crawling, redirects, canonicalization, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.

- Experience optimizing website performance and Core Web Vitals.

- Proven ability to increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership abilities.

- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar systems.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SEO implications for modern websites is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing SEO for large-scale websites, e-commerce platforms, SaaS products, or enterprise businesses.

- Knowledge of local SEO, international SEO, and content marketing strategies.

- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Looker Studio.

- Certifications in Google Analytics or SEO-related disciplines will be an added advantage.
