About the Role
We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern who is eager to learn and build a career in Search Engine Optimization and Digital Marketing. You will work closely with experienced SEO professionals and gain hands-on experience in on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, link building, and AI-powered search optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research using SEO tools.
Optimize website pages for search engines.
Create and optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and URLs.
Assist with technical SEO audits and implementation.
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Perform competitor analysis and identify content opportunities.
Build internal links and support off-page SEO activities.
Publish and optimize blog content on CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
Track keyword rankings and prepare weekly SEO reports.
Support AI Search Optimization (AEO, GEO, LLM Optimization) initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of SEO concepts.
Knowledge of Google Search, indexing,
and ranking factors.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with WordPress or Shopify.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog.
Understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini is a plus.
Eligibility
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Freshers with a solid interest in SEO and Digital Marketing are encouraged to apply.
