Role & responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Own organic growth across all digital properties.
- Identify high-impact keyword opportunities and build scalable organic acquisition plans.
- Monitor search trends, competitor activities, and algorithm updates to maintain competitive advantage.

Technical SEO

- Conduct technical audits and implement recommendations to improve crawlability, indexation, site performance, and Core Web Vitals.
- Lead website migration, URL restructuring, redirects, schema implementation, and site architecture optimization.
- Work closely with product and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all releases.
- Identify and resolve indexing, rendering, duplication, and performance issues.

Content SEO

- Perform advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and topic clustering.
- Build content roadmaps focused on topical authority and organic growth.
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, educational content, and product pages for search visibility and conversion.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-first content strategies.

Revenue & SEO Performance Marketing Alignment

- Drive organic traffic that contributes directly to business growth, lead generation, and revenue.
- Analyze organic conversion funnels and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Track ROI and business impact of SEO initiatives.

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

- Design and execute scalable link-building strategies.
- Identify opportunities for digital PR, partnerships, and authority-building campaigns.
- Monitor backlink health and competitor link acquisition strategies.

CMS & Website Content Management

- Manage website content using the WordPress CMS, including creating, publishing, updating, replacing, and removing content while maintaining SEO best practices.
- Ensure all web pages are optimized during publishing by managing SEO metadata, URL slugs,



internal linking, image optimization, schema markup, redirects, canonical tags, and other on-page SEO elements.
- Coordinate with Content, Design, and Development teams to ensure accurate and timely content updates on the website.
- Maintain website structure, categories, tags, menus, and landing pages to improve user experience and search engine visibility.
- Perform regular CMS audits to identify and resolve content quality, broken links, duplicate pages, outdated content, and technical SEO issues.
- Manage and configure WordPress SEO plugins to ensure adherence to SEO best practices.

App Store Optimization (ASO)

- Improve app discoverability across Android and iOS platforms.
- Optimize app metadata, keyword targeting, descriptions, screenshots, and conversion elements.
- Track rankings, downloads, and organic app acquisition metrics.

YouTube SEO

- Develop and execute YouTube Search Optimization strategies.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, thumbnails, and engagement signals.
- Improve video discoverability, watch time, and search rankings.

Analytics & Reporting

- Build actionable dashboards and reports using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, CTR, conversions, revenue contribution, and technical SEO health.
- Present performance insights and growth opportunities to leadership teams.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design, Content, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Manage external SEO agencies, freelancers, and vendors when required.
- Drive SEO adoption across the organization.
