Job Summary We are looking for a passionate SEO Executive with 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience to support the planning and execution of SEO campaigns. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, Content Strategy, Website Audits, Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, high-quality backlink acquisition, Core Web Vitals, AI-powered SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

The candidate should be eager to learn, stay updated with Google's algorithm changes, and contribute to improving clients' organic rankings and traffic.

Key Responsibilities

On-Page SEO

- Perform keyword research based on search intent
- Optimize Title Tags, Meta Descriptions, Headings, URLs, Image Alt Tags, and Internal Linking
- Optimize landing pages, service pages, blog pages, and website content




- Improve website content for readability and search visibility
- Support content optimization using SEO best practices

Technical SEO
- Conduct basic technical SEO audits
- Identify crawl issues, indexing problems, broken links, duplicate content, and redirect errors
- Assist in optimizing XML Sitemaps, Robots.txt, Canonical Tags, and Schema Markup
- Support website speed optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements
- Coordinate with developers for SEO implementation

Off-Page SEO
- Build high-quality white-hat backlinks
- Perform guest posting, directory submissions, local citations, niche outreach, and business listings
- Monitor backlink quality and authority
- Assist in competitor backlink analysis

Local SEO
- Optimize Google Business Profiles
- Create and manage local citations
- Improve local keyword rankings
- Maintain NAP consistency across directories
- Assist in implementing Local Business Schema

Keyword & Competitor Research
- Identify high-volume, low-competition keywords
- Conduct competitor analysis
- Discover new ranking opportunities
- Monitor keyword performance regularly

Reporting & Monitoring
- Track keyword rankings
- Monitor Google Search Console
- Analyze GA4 reports
- Prepare weekly and monthly SEO reports




- Identify opportunities to improve rankings and traffic

Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with Google Core Updates
- Follow SEO trends and industry best practices
- Learn new SEO tools and AI-powered optimization techniques

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of SEO experience
- Good understanding of On-Page SEO
- Basic knowledge of Technical SEO
- Knowledge of Off-Page SEO and quality backlink building
- Understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile
- Good keyword research and competitor analysis skills
- Familiarity with Google's ranking factors
