- ALM Corp - Manager SEO Execution Specialist (5-10 yrs)

- A leading digital agency based out of Toronto; Canada is looking for an SEO leader/ organic growth hacking expert.

- The successful candidate will have the chance to work with over 150+ clients in 20 different industry verticals and guide the Execution Specialists in delivering stellar growth for their accounts.

- The position is remote and the successful candidate can be located anywhere in India.

- The compensation will be based on competitive local standards.

- Prior agency experience is a must.

- The work hours will be 9 am to 5 pm Toronto time ( 6 pm to 2 am India time approx) Majority of our team members are remote and based out of different cities in India.

Role

- Responsibilities

- Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for your client portfolio

- Identify key SEO KPIs based on clients business objectives

- Perform large scale keyword research regularly in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities

- Work with content teams to guide existing content optimizations and new content creation

- Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes

- Collaborate with web developers for implementation of SEO recommendations

- Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)

- Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other identified KPIs

- Communicate to clients, team, and management about strategy/project development, timelines, and results

- Work with social media and PPC teams to optimize campaigns

- Keep abreast of SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Requirements





- 6+ years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role

- 2+ year of experience in a client facing role

- Knowledge of standard and current SEO best practices for both onsite and offsite factors

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Experience with SEO reporting

- Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ, etc.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studios, etc.

- Familiarity with Google Workspace products such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.

- Excellent communication skills

- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

- Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude

- Candidate Qualifications - A leader in SEO who has a minimum of 5+ years of online marketing experience and an in-depth understanding of the search engine ranking process as well as basic knowledge of HTML, PHP, CSS, and web standards.

- - A highly organized self-starter with a proven track record of improving organic search results through application of SEO best practice.

- Has delivered stellar results in campaigns targeting various locations in USA utilizing innovative growth hacking techniques

- - A multi-tasker with demonstrated knowledge of key SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools, SEMRush, AHREFS and others

- - A team player with the ability to collaborate with other departments, manage multiple projects at a time, and turn metrics into measurable results.

- - A polished communicator who can shine in a pitch and also hold their own in deeply technical discussions.

- - Someone that understands process and numbers, and knows how important both are to the success of an agency and its clients.
