We are looking for a creative and results-driven SEO cum Social Media Expert to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our website's search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, managing social media platforms, and creating engaging content that enhances our online presence and generates quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Develop and execute effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, images, and internal linking.

- Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate with the development team to resolve issues.

- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building techniques.

- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and prepare monthly SEO performance reports.

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other social platforms.

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and posts.

- Develop monthly social media content calendars.

- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.

- Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize content strategies based on insights.





Content Marketing

- Create SEO-friendly blogs, website content, landing pages, and social media copy.

- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create compelling marketing materials.

- Ensure content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO.

- Excellent English Communication skills.

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.

- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or Ubersuggest.

- Experience managing social media platforms and scheduling tools.

- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

- Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.

- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Google Digital Marketing or SEO certifications are a plus.

- Experience running Meta Ads or Google Ads will be an added advantage.
