We are seeking a high-energy, data-driven SEO and Digital Growth Specialist to join our marketing team to drive our Dubai based websites. This isn't your standard SEO role; we need a digital strategist who understands the nuances of an E-commerce Platform. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, with significant experience deeply embedded in an E-commerce company.

You will be responsible for scaling our organic presence in Dubai, through a blend of technical SEO, content strategies, and community-led growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute on-page SEO initiatives, including meta optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to improve crawlability, indexation, site performance, and Core Web Vitals to ensure a peak-performing website.
- Implement schema markup and structured data.
- Drive brand authority and referral traffic through strategic engagement on Reddit and Quora, positioning our products as segment leaders in core communities.
- Perform keyword research and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Content, Product, and Backend teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Engage with content team to optimise blog posts,



social content and other SEO practices.
- Track SEO performance, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
- Optimize for AI Search: Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to maximize brand visibility and retrieval rates within popular LLM responses such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Co-Pilot, Grok, Cloud AI, DeepSeek, Perplexity, MetaAi, MistralAi etc.

Requirements

- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content Optimization, Keyword Research, and Schema Markup.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Deep understanding of Schema.org vocabulary, nested JSON-LD implementation, and Shopify Liquid architecture.
- Must have Shopify and Wordpress experience.
- Track record of managing off-page brand footprint signals across high-authority digital PR networks and semantic databases.
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience optimizing brand entities for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and LLM search behaviors.
- Candidates with experience working for E-commerce platforms in Dubai, would be preferred.
