SEO & AI Search Specialist

Gurugram (NCR) | Full-Time | On-site/Hybrid The Opportunity

Join Renata AI as SEO & AI Search Specialist and own organic growth across our entire web portfolio — five live business websites and two new SaaS products launching this year. You'll drive rankings, traffic, and inbound leads across a rare mix of industrial B2B and consumer-facing SaaS, with direct ownership from strategy to execution.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end SEO strategy — technical, on-page, and content — across all live properties: renataiot.com, nexren.ai, servelens.in, factorytrace.com, and envirocom.in
- Lead organic growth for two new SaaS products from pre-launch through scale (an AI meeting-notes tool and a WhatsApp bulk messaging platform)
- Write and publish all SEO content yourself — blogs, landing pages, comparison pages, and product content across all 7 web properties (no dependency on external writers)
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis tailored to each brand's audience — industrial buyers vs. SaaS/SMB users
- Run technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, schema, Core Web Vitals) and drive fixes with the dev team
- Optimize all sites for visibility in AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) through structured content, schema markup, and AEO/GEO best practices — not just traditional search rankings
- Plan and execute organic launch campaigns for recent products — Product Hunt, Reddit, relevant SaaS/agency communities, and LinkedIn
- Build backlink and partnership strategies — directories, integration marketplaces, guest content, and reseller/agency listings
- Set up and monitor analytics dashboards (GSC, GA4); report on rankings, traffic, AI-referral visibility,



and conversion impact monthly
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align SEO output with lead-generation goals

What Your Week Looks Like
- Mix of hands-on content writing, technical audits, and on-page optimization across 7 web properties
- Research and writing for AI-search visibility — structuring content so it gets cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity
- Community and launch-day activity for the two SaaS products — Product Hunt, Reddit, forums
- Collaboration with designers and the sales team on inbound lead flow
- Tracking and reporting on rankings, traffic, AI-referral visibility, and organic conversions

What You Bring

Must-Have:

- 2-5 years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally managing multiple websites or brands simultaneously
- Strong content writing skills — able to independently research and write SEO-optimized blogs and web copy without relying on external writers
- Proven track record improving organic rankings and traffic (please share past results/case studies)
- Strong grasp of technical SEO tools — Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4
- Understanding of, or strong interest in, AEO/GEO (AI/answer engine optimization) — how content gets surfaced and cited by tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini
- Experience running organic/community-led product launches (Product Hunt,



Reddit, niche forums)
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities across brands

Good to Have:

- Experience launching SEO for a new SaaS product from scratch
- Exposure to both B2B/industrial SEO and consumer/SaaS SEO
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms

- Graduate in any discipline; Marketing, Communications, or Engineering background preferred
