About the Role We're looking for a Senior Zoho Solution Consultant who can independently own customer implementations from discovery through go-live. This is not a pure development role. You'll work directly with customers, understand their business processes, design solutions, estimate projects, lead implementations, and mentor junior team members. What You'll Do

Lead customer discovery and requirement-gathering sessions. Analyse business processes and recommend the right Zoho solutions. Design end-to-end business solutions using the Zoho ecosystem.



Configure and customise Zoho applications.

Build workflows, business automation, custom functions, and integrations. Develop REST API integrations with third-party applications. Estimate projects and plan implementation activities. Own project delivery from discovery to deployment.

Support UAT, training, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot complex technical issues. Mentor junior developers and review solution quality. Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements What We're Looking For

4+ years of hands-on Zoho implementation experience.

Experience delivering end-to-end customer projects from requirements gathering to go-live. Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, Desk, or Zoho One.

Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Ability to scope independently, estimate, and deliver projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer-facing experience.

Experience mentoring or leading technical teams is an advantage.
