Role: Wealth Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current clients through daily sales calls, networking, referrals, and lead generation activities.

- Understand clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to recommend suitable wealth management solutions.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and regular portfolio reviews.

- Offer investment advisory across Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income Products, PMS, and other wealth products.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to ensure higher engagement and conversion.

- Increase Assets Under Management (AUM) and Assets Under Advisory(AUA) by onboarding new clients and deepening existing relationships.

- Monitor market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities to provide timely guidance to clients.

- Cross-sell and upsell financial products based on client requirements and portfolio needs.





- Coordinate with internal product, research, and marketing teams to deliver the best solutions to clients.

- Ensure all client interactions, documentation, and transactions comply with regulatory and company guidelines.

- Participate in branch marketing activities, seminars, and client engagement programs to generate business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of client meetings, investment recommendations, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

- Continuously update product knowledge and industry awareness through training programs and market research.

- Represent the organization professionally and act as a trusted financial advisor for clients.
