Position: Senior Virtual Assistant Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Remote

Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with internal teams and clients, handling operational tasks, and working with CRM, automation, and communication tools to ensure smooth business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Maintain CRM records, reports, and documentation with accuracy.
- Set up and manage automation workflows, WhatsApp communication, and client onboarding processes.
- Monitor task progress, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in managing calendars, meetings, SOPs, and business documentation.
- Identify process improvements to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant,



or Operations Coordinator.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, automation tools, and business process management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Pabbly, n8n, Aisensy, Wati, ChatMagnet, Exly, TagMango, System.io, Yellow.ai, and COM.BOT.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp automation, CRM management, and workflow automation.
- Previous experience in a performance marketing or digital agency.
