Key Roles &Responsibilities;

- Lead market expansion initiatives,identifynew segments, and onboard high?potential corporate and broker accounts
- Drive profitable growth andP&L; ownership of the CBG Mid?Market portfolio for West India(Mumbai, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa & adjoining markets)
- Achieve premium, profitability, renewal, and persistency targets in line with organizational strategy
- Build and manage strong relationships withMid?Market corporates, SME clients, and Commercial Banking (CBG) teams in the West
- Develop and expandbroker, bancassurance, and strategic partner relationshipsto grow wallet share
- Ensure underwriting discipline, risk adequacy, and healthy loss ratios in coordination with underwriting and risk teams
- Monitor and review MIS, performance dashboards, productivity metrics, and drive corrective actions
- Collaborate withClaims, Operations, and Product teamsto ensure superior customer experience
- Support digitization initiatives, CRM adoption, and continuous process improvements




- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance as per IRDAI and company policies

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates
- GraduateorMaster’s Degree in Business Administration(Marketing / Finance / Insurance) or equivalent
- 18+ years of experiencein General Insurance with robust exposure to Corporate / Mid?Market / SME segments, broker, bancassurance, and direct corporate channels

- Strong understanding of Commercial Lines underwriting, pricing, and portfolio management
- Expertise in broker management, corporate relationship management, and CBG engagement
- Strategic thinking with strong execution and closure capability
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to analyze loss ratios, profitability trends, and growth metrics
- Strong leadership with a track record of team building and talent development
- High level of business acumen, customer focus, and result orientation
