Job Summary

Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, from concept to final execution.

Responsibilities

- Create user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes

- Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, and scalable designs

- Design and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions

- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver high-quality solutions

- Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights to stakeholders with confidence

- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices

- Review and refine designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior

- Mentor and guide junior designers, setting high standards for design quality

Requirements

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI Design for digital products





- Strong expertise in Wireframing & Prototyping

- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Sketch

- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design

- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces

- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

- Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and execution

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
