About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centric experiences across our web and mobile products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, UI Designers, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems through thoughtful design and research.

You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, improving usability, and delivering seamless experiences that delight users while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and research to final design delivery.

- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.

- Create user personas, journey maps, task flows, information architecture, and interaction models.

- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity user experiences using modern design tools.

- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and user experience strategies.

- Work closely with UI Designers to ensure visually consistent and user-friendly interfaces.

- Partner with engineering teams throughout implementation to ensure design fidelity.

- Analyze user behavior, customer feedback, and product analytics to drive continuous improvements.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.

- Contribute to and maintain the organization's design system and UX standards.

- Mentor junior designers and participate in design reviews.

- Present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design,



Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5–8 years of professional experience in UX Design.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX projects and design thinking.

- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies.

- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and accessibility principles.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
