Interview Mode- Face2Face ( 1 f2f 1 virtual )

Shift: 06:30 PM- 03:30 AM

Transportation: Available for female employees only.

What You'll Do

Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and internal databases.

Review resumes and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.





Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.

Stay updated on US employment trends, visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC), and market intelligence.

Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.

We're Looking For

4-8 years of US IT recruitment experience.

Hands-on experience hiring for contract, permanent, and fixed-term roles.

Solid sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of US IT employment regulations, visa categories, and recruitment best practices.
