- Deep knowledge of the UKG product suite and roadmap.
- Advice on leading practices and industry adoption patterns.
- Guidance on platform strategy and governance.
- Solution design review and architectural oversight.
- Support in assessing and shaping business demand.
- Capability uplift and mentoring of internal resources.
- Recommendations to maximise use of standard UKG functionality and reduce unnecessary customisation.

Scope of Support We would expect the resource to:

Strategic Advisory

- Maintain awareness of the UKG product roadmap and upcoming releases.
- Assess new UKG capabilities and recommend opportunities relevant to client.
- Participate in strategic discussions with business stakeholders and platform owners.
- Assist in developing a 12–24 month UKG platform roadmap.

Architecture and Governance
- Review proposed solution designs and configurations.
- Establish and document UKG best practices,



standards and governance controls.
- Provide guidance on scalability, maintainability and supportability of solutions.

Demand Management
- Assist with the assessment of recent business requests and opportunities.
- Provide effort, complexity and solution recommendations.
- Help identify opportunities to leverage delivered UKG functionality rather than custom development.

Capability Uplift
- Mentor and coach client resources.
- Share industry leading practices and lessons learned from other organisations.
- Support knowledge transfer and capability development within the team.

Desired Resource Profile We are seeking a senior UKG practitioner with:
- Current UKG certifications and demonstrable platform expertise.
- Experience advising large enterprise organisations.
- Solid knowledge of UKG roadmap, product strategy and industry trends.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and operating models.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to both technology and business stakeholders.
