Role Overview As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll lead meaningful design work from early discovery to refined execution. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams, help define experience strategy, and maintain a high bar for both UX thinking and visual craft. You'll also mentor junior designers, contribute to design standards, and help evolve how NetPurna designs products - especially as AI continues to influence digital experiences.

What you'll be doing Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products

Turn complex requirements into explicit, elegant experiences

Collaborate closely with founders, PMs, and engineers





Shape experience strategy and long-term product thinking

Create research-informed flows, prototypes, and interfaces

Build and maintain scalable design systems

Apply strong UI fundamentals and accessibility principles
