Role Description The Senior UI/UX Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms that support students, counselors, and partner institutions.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborating with product, marketing, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective designs. The designer will refine and maintain design systems, ensure visual consistency, and optimize interfaces through usability testing and data-driven iterations. The role also involves mentoring junior designers, presenting design concepts to stakeholders,



and continuously improving the digital experience for prospective and current students.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in UI/UX design, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Experience with visual design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar platforms, with a strong sense of typography, layout, and color.
- Ability to create and maintain design systems and reusable components, ensuring consistency across web and mobile interfaces.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process for complex digital products or platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in edtech, education consulting, or student-focused platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
