Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant will work full time on-site at the Pimpri Chinchwad location, advising clients on domestic and international travel options and crafting tailored itineraries. This role involves managing end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and related services.

The Senior Travel

Consultant will handle inquiries, provide prompt customer service, and resolve issues related to reservations, changes, or cancellations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and promoting suitable travel products and offers.



The role also requires collaborating with team members to improve processes and deliver a high-quality, hassle-free travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to design and oversee comprehensive travel plans.
- Candidates should possess solid Travel Arrangements and Reservations skills to handle bookings, modifications, and itinerary coordination.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, manage client expectations, and resolve concerns professionally.
- Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain options clearly and build client trust.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with travel booking tools, GDS or online reservation systems, and basic office software.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills.
- Candidates should possess prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations setting; experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations, visa requirements, and basic foreign currency practices.
- Candidates should possess at minimum a relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field.
