We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who goes beyond aesthetics.

You think in systems, design with intention, and understand that a great interface is ultimately a business decision. You will own the end-to-end design process on client engagements, from discovery and wireframing through to polished,production-ready design and you will be comfortable presenting and defending your decisions to senior stakeholders. Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across multiple client projects, from initial discovery and user research through to high-fidelity prototypes and design handoff

Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, elegant, and intuitive digital experiences

Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries that ensure consistency across products

Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions with evidence, not assumption

Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and clients to ensure designs are technically feasible and commercially aligned

Present and articulate design decisions confidently to both technical teams and non-technical client stakeholders

Contribute to product strategy conversations, shaping feature priorities, user flows,



and information architecture from the earliest stages of a project

Define and uphold design quality standards across the team, mentoring junior designers where applicable

Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and performance as non-negotiable design principles

3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work

Expert proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools

Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, interaction design patterns, and information architecture

Strong grasp of design systems, ability to build, document, and scale component libraries from scratch

Solid product thinking. You understand business context, user goals, and technical constraints, and your designs reflect all three

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the confidence to present work, take feedback, and defend decisions in client-facing settings

Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment

Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms A keen eye for typography, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy

Experience working in a consulting, agency, or client-services workplace

Familiarity with frontend development (HTML/CSS or component-based frameworks), enough to collaborate effectively with engineers and understand constraints

Experience designing for enterprise or B2B software products

Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions to elevate the user experience

Prior involvement in brand identity, visual design, or design strategy work

Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices

Experience running design sprints or workshops with client teams
