• Refresher Modules: Conduct call audits, identify training gaps across levels, and deliver refresher training to boost floor productivity.



-Feedback &

• Coaching: Provide timely, constructive feedback and counseling to trainees to help them meet performance standards. -Training Operations: Manage training schedules, set up training rooms, create engaging learning materials, and maintain meticulous performance scorecards and records. -Voice modulation correction.
