Job purpose:

Contributes to the development and collaborative implementation of Total Rewards strategies that will attract and retain high quality talent, motivate and reward high performance, and ensure equitable remuneration that is consistent with high standards of corporate governance, whilst also facilitating career development and maximizing the Company’s return on its investment in remuneration

Key responsibilities:

1. Drafts and consults the company’s remuneration guidelines to ensure that they continue to drive performance and fit the business needs. Provides Total Rewards expertise in terms of market positioning, annual compensation review, incentive design, benefits, and related remuneration issues.
2. Provides support to in-country People Function team and serves as Total Rewards link with global Total Reward teams.
3. Ensures smooth execution of the Total Rewards cycles (i.e. salary review, promotions, bonus calculation data submission to market data providers, etc.) through providing necessary tools, data and running info sessions to employees
4. Maintains job evaluation and job information system, ensuring that jobs are graded in a consistent manner according to the agreed process and People Function team is informed.
5. Drafts and keeps up to date all Total Rewards related policies and procedures.
6. Ensures local policies and TR related data are within global guidelines and standards.
7.



Supports or is a project member to ensure best in class Total Rewards standards in HGSS projects and its deliverables.
8. Supports Finance team in budget preparation and budget vs spending alignment.

And any other task assigned by Total Rewards Leader within the scope of functional responsibilities

Qualifications/ Experience / skills required per job levels:

▪ Extensive knowledge of remuneration principles, compensation benchmarking, grading methodologies, international mobility, performance management and incentive design.

▪ Advanced Excel user, able to create templates and tools to support Total Rewards area

▪ Financial acumen and solid commercial orientation – able to act as a business person with in-depth remuneration expertise.

▪ Strong business perspective combined with well-developed consulting, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills to deal effectively with a wide array of demanding business leaders including senior executives.

▪ 1-3 years’ experience in remuneration

▪ Min 3 years’ experience in Total Rewards area

▪ Proven record of successful design and implementation of compensation and benefits practices for large and complex organizations

▪ Ability to act independently with most of standard and non-standard TR tasks and issues

Language(s):

- Excellent written and verbal English
