Role Description The Senior Threat Intelligence Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for overseeing the organization’s threat intelligence function and strengthening overall security posture. This role involves identifying, analyzing, and tracking cyber threats relevant to the immigration and consulting domain, including monitoring threat feeds, malware trends, and emerging attack vectors.

The Senior Threat Intelligence

Lead will produce actionable intelligence reports, collaborate with security and IT teams, and recommend mitigation strategies and security controls. The role also includes developing and maintaining threat intelligence frameworks, leading incident response support, and advising leadership on risk management priorities. The person in this role will mentor junior team members, establish best practices, and align threat intelligence activities with organizational goals and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Strong background in cyber threat intelligence, including experience with threat modeling, analysis of threat actors, and monitoring of cybercrime trends.

Proficiency with threat intelligence platforms, SIEM tools,



intrusion detection systems, and security monitoring solutions.

Experience in incident response, digital forensics, and coordination with security operations teams.

Knowledge of relevant security frameworks and standards (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK;, NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management practices.

Ability to produce clear, concise intelligence reports and briefings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience leading or mentoring security or threat intelligence teams in a corporate or consulting environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, GCTI, CEH) are an advantage.

Understanding of regulatory and data protection requirements relevant to immigration and consulting services.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
