- Perform thermal design and engineering of HRSG/Boiler systems
- Execute process calculations, material selection, and pipeline sizing
- Develop Flow Circuit Diagrams for pressure retaining components
- Conduct code strength calculations and basic stress analysis
- Interpret and apply ASME, EN, and IBR standards
- Design product geometry using 2D/3D tools (AutoCAD, Aveva E3D)
- Work on components like pumps, valves, and pressure systems
- Support product development and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Provide guidance to junior engineers and contribute to team development
Preferred candidate profile
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in Thermal Design / HRSG / Boiler systems
- Strong knowledge of Heat Transfer, Stress Analysis, and ASME standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for engineering calculations
- Basic knowledge of 3D tools (Aveva E3D or similar)
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Robust communication and teamwork abilities
- Candidates with short notice period / immediate joiners preferred
