We are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our enterprise banking software organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in creating high-quality technical documentation for banking products and enterprise software platforms.The candidate should be capable of producing clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation including release notes, implementation guides, user manuals, API documentation, training materials, online help, knowledge base articles, and operational documents.The role requires familiarity with banking terminology, especially Islamic Banking concepts and processes, along with hands-on experience using modern AI-powered documentation and content management tools. Understand banking workflows and convert complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation.

Work closely with engineering and product teams to document new product releases and enhancements.

Ensure consistency, usability, and quality across all documentation artifacts.

Follow documentation governance standards, templates, versioning, and review processes.

Use AI-powered writing assistants and documentation automation tools to improve productivity and document quality.

Maintain document repositories, templates, terminology standards, and style guides.

Participate in documentation planning for enterprise software releases.





Ensure documentation complies with enterprise documentation standards and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills

5–8 years of experience in Technical Writing for enterprise software products.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software environments.

Experience working with banking or financial software products.

Familiarity with banking concepts such as:

Core Banking especially Islamic Banking terms such Murabaha, Mudarabah, Ijara, Sukuk, Shariah Compliance etc.
