: Job Summary - Design and architect scalable, secure, and robust cryptographic key protection solutions for enterprise applications.

- Lead the development and implementation of cryptographic protocols, including key management, storage, and rotation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, engineering, operations) to integrate crypto key protection into existing and new systems.
- Conduct security assessments and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support and troubleshooting for cryptographic key management systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in cryptography and cybersecurity.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and team members on best practices in cryptographic key management.

- To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with current technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
- Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews,



providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
- To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
- To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
- To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product) Skill Requirements - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in security architecture, cryptography, or related roles.
- Expertise in designing and implementing cryptographic key management systems and protocols.
- Hands-on experience with HSMs (Hardware Security Modules), PKI, and secure key storage solutions.
- Strong understanding of encryption, digital signatures, certificate management, and key lifecycle management.
- Experience providing L3 technical support in enterprise environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI DSS, GDPR, and ISO 27001.
- Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.) is a plus.
