We are currently urgently hiring an experienced Senior Tally Support Specialist to join our growing team.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kalyan-Dombivli .

As a Senior Tally Support Specialist , you will provide advanced technical and functional support for Tally software, helping clients resolve issues, optimize workflows, and maximize the value of their Tally investment.

This role involves regular field visits to client locations for implementation, troubleshooting, training, and support.

Important: This is NOT a Developer role. This is a non-coding, non-programming position focused entirely on Tally implementation, troubleshooting, customer support, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide advanced technical support for TallyPrime and previous versions of Tally ERP .
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Tally software.
- Handle Tally AMC/ASSC support and client service requests.




- Resolve issues related to Data Splitting, Data Synchronization, Data Migration, Backup & Restore, and Password Recovery.
- Analyze client accounting and business workflows and recommend suitable Tally features and best practices.
- Conduct onsite and remote troubleshooting for software and data-related issues.
- Visit client locations for implementation, support, training, and system health checks.
- Conduct end-user training and assist clients in maximizing software utilization.
- Coordinate with the TDL Development Team for customization requests and enhancement requirements.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support cases, resolutions, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Tally Technical Support is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in TallyPrime and Tally ERP .
- Excellent knowledge of installation, configuration, licensing, upgrades, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Experience handling Tally.Server and enterprise deployments is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to end users.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and prioritize effectively.
- Degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Information Technology,



or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in Tally Technical Support is mandatory.
- Candidates without prior Tally Support experience will NOT be considered or shortlisted.
- This is a non-coding, non-programming role . Candidates looking for Development or Software Development positions should not apply.
- This role requires regular field visits to client locations . Applicants must be comfortable traveling for customer support and implementation activities.
