About the Role

We're looking for a strategic Senior Talent Acquisition & HR Manager to lead our recruitment function as the core, mandatory part of this role, with HR Operations and employee experience as a required supporting responsibility.

This role exists to solve two connected problems: hiring the right leadership, niche, and business-critical talent (the primary mandate), and ensuring that talent stays, grows, and thrives once they join (the supporting HR Ops mandate). You'll drive end-to-end hiring as your main focus, while also managing the HR processes needed to support the people you bring in — working closely with business leaders and the HR and recruitment team as we scale.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning

- Own end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, technical, and business-critical roles, driving executive search through talent mapping and proactive sourcing.
- Develop scalable recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring analytics to improve quality of hire and hiring velocity.





Supporting (HR Ops – Required):

- Own the employee experience strategy — from onboarding through key career milestones — and champion company culture as we scale.
- Execution
- Build strong talent pipelines and lasting relationships with passive candidates and industry communities.
- Headhunt and identify the right candidates, understanding role sensitivity, cultural fit, and where to source talent from.

Supporting (HR Ops – Required):

- Manage core HR operations: onboarding, policy administration, labor compliance, HR systems, and performance management cycles.
- Run engagement programs, pulse surveys, and feedback loops, turning insights into action to improve retention and eNPS. 3.

Stakeholder

Management

- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, and support compensation and benefits practices with leadership.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to keep hiring and people priorities aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment agencies and HR vendors, evaluating performance against quality and service levels.

- Mentor and coach recruiters and HR team members, promoting best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and engagement. 5.
