About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Senior Student Advisors to join our Birkbeck Bengaluru campus operations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective students, offering expert guidance and managing the end-to-end admissions lifecycle from initial inquiry to successful enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound student inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide comprehensive, consultative student counselling to assist with academic and career choices.
- Manage the complete admissions process and actively drive enrolment conversion.
- Utilize CRM systems to track student engagement, maintain accurate pipelines, and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Support and participate in targeted student engagement and recruitment activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Domain Expertise: 6-7+ years of proven experience in education, admissions, student recruitment, or academic counselling.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with students and parents.
- Consultative Approach: A highly skilled demeanor with a solution-oriented, consultative approach to counselling.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid hands-on experience utilizing CRM software for customer engagement and pipeline management.
- Work Environment: Fully comfortable working from the office (WFO) at the Bengaluru campus.
