Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize spend management, improve quality, and reduce costs across various categories such as construction, IT services, marketing, professional services, etc.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results through effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.

- Analyze RFQs/RFXs from vendors to identify key requirements and develop comprehensive responses that meet business needs.

- Manage vendor relationships by negotiating contracts, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring timely delivery of goods/services.

Job Requirements :

- 6.9-12 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement leadership roles within BPO/Call Centre industry.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

- Strong understanding of global sourcing principles, including category management best practices for construction materials/IT services/marketing campaigns/qualified services.
