We're Hiring | Senior Store Executive

Role Highlights

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain optimum stock levels.
- Monitor inward and outward material movements while ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning, and Logistics teams for timely material availability.
- Maintain inventory records and update transactions in the ERP system.
- Conduct regular stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper material handling, storage practices, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Lead and supervise store personnel to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain 5S standards, warehouse safety, and statutory compliance within the stores.

What We're Looking For

- 7–8 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment.




- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and material handling processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Valuable understanding of stock audits, inventory reconciliation, and documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and warehouse best practices will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, or SAP/ERP will be preferred.
