Job Purpose/summary

The CI Sr Specialist will be overall responsible to drive “The Maersk Way” supported with tools for Contract Management & Sales team.

The role is responsible for executing CI strategies, driving process quality and capability building, supporting cross-functional change initiatives, and ensuring compliance and risk mitigation through structured improvement frameworks across the GSC network (the Maersk Way).

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities, while tracking maturity and adoption across sites (Ex GMOS)

Own process quality frameworks and identify skill gaps to be addressed through targeted learning interventions.

Support/lead cross-functional projects and change initiatives at GSC, Product, and Global levels to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Partner with GPL/Platform/Tech teams on new enhancements, leading implementations within GSC.

Orchestrate automation opportunities across processes & prioritize basis business advantages.

Identify automation opportunities in partnership with Automation
