Position Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic and analyt ical Senior Tech Talent Sourcing Speci alist with deep domain expertise ac ross BFSI, Core Banking, and Fi ntech. In this role, you will act as the intelligence engine of our recruiting strategy—combining advanced technical sourcing techniques with data-driven market research.

You won't just find candidates; you will map complex talent ecosystems, synthesize competitive market intelligence, and deliver compelling, actionable data presentations to Talent Advisors, Recruiting Directors, and Business Leaders to influence hiring strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Talent Sourcing & Tech Mapping

- Identify, engage, and pipeline top-tier technical talent across key BFSI and Fintech sub-domains, incl uding Core Banking Systems, Payments, Algorithmic/Quantitative Trading, Risk & Compliance Tech, Cloud Architecture, Fraud Detection (AI/ML), and Distributed Ledger Technology
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray searching, GitHub, Stack Overflow, patents, specialized tech forums, and niche fintech communities) to engage hard-to-find engineering leadership and niche specialists
- Build high-converting, personalized outreach strategies that speak directly to the technical and career motivations of senior tech professionals in financial services.

2. Deep Market Mapping & Competitor Intelligence

- Conduct syst ematic Talent Market Mapping to identify talent density, organizational structures, compensation benchmarks, and movement trends across Tier-1 banks, neo-banks, wealthtech, and payment giant competitors.
- Gather acti onable Market Intelligence (Market Intel), tracking company restructurings, M&A; activity,



regional tech hub expansions, and emerging tech stack shifts within the BFSI landscape
- Benchmark talent accessibility and diversity metrics within target talent pools.

3. Data Synthesis & Talent Advisor Partnering

- Transform raw market data into transparent, visual, and highly persuasive reports/dashboards for Talent Advisors, Recruiters, and Hiring M
- anagers.Present market intelligence in regular intake and calibration sessions, offering strategic recommendations on role feasibility, compensation alignment, location strategy, and talent tr
- adeoffs.Serve as a trusted advisor to internal recruiting teams, arming them with candidate sentiment analysis, objection-handling counters, and competitive value propositions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- E xperience: 8-9+ years of dedicated technical sourcing or talent research experience, with at least 4+ years specifically focus ed on the BFSI, Commercial/Investment Banking, or Fintech sectors
- Market Intelligence Expertise: Proven track record of executing end-to-end market mapping projects and delivering structured competitive intelligence reports
- Data Presentati on Skills: Proficient in summarizing complex market data into executive-ready decks and visual formats (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, or Tableau). Exceptional communication and presentation skills when partnering with senior Talent Advisors.
- Sourcing C apability: Demonstrated expertise in non-traditional candidate discovery beyond LinkedIn Recruiter (e.g., open-source communities, tech conferences, academic papers, domain-specific databases).

- Accuracy and strategic value of talent maps and market intel reports delivered.
- Engagement rate and pipeline conversion for critical/niche BFSI tech searches
