Position: Senior Solution Consultant Location: Gurugram Role Summary: A Senior Solution Consultant works closely with the customer to design and define tailored solutions. They take ownership of the entire project implementation, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish. They lead requirement gathering, drive solution design, manage stakeholder communication, and mentor junior team members throughout the engagement. Must Have:

2–3 end-to-end project implementation experience, particularly in B2B projects within service or product organisations.

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in consulting projects involving enterprise systems (MDM, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms).

Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, with the ability to manage competing priorities and make decisions aligned with project goals.

Experience preparing design documents and functional specification documents.

Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications independently.

Exposure to working with international customers across different time zones.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, present to senior stakeholders, and influence others.

Bachelor's or engineering degree with specialisation in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics.

Good to Have:



SAP certification or prior experience working with SAP.

Business understanding of SAP Master Data Management domains.

Experience in data analytics, data quality management, or data transformation.

Good knowledge of scripting languages — Python, R, or SQL.

Experience facilitating customer workshops or requirement gathering sessions.

Industry knowledge of supply chain and asset-intensive industries.

Familiarity with Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) or any related certification. Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the end-to-end project implementation, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure.

Execute the project with the implementation team according to planned sprints, ensuring adherence to projected timelines.

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements; prepare and present functional specifications and solution design documentation to customers, ensuring clarity and alignment with their requirements.

Configure the MDO platform as per design specifications to meet project requirements.

Support BTP mapping and data transformation activities, ensuring configurations align with customer requirements and Prospecta best practices.

Design, develop, and review scripts and automation components required for project implementation; guide Solution Consultants on scripting best practices.

Develop a strong understanding of customer business processes, industry requirements, and master data challenges; leverage Prospecta’s Industry Solutions and implementation methodologies to connect solutions to tangible business outcomes such as cost reduction, compliance,



or operational efficiency.

Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions; present findings and solution options clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Prepare SIT and UAT test scenarios; oversee testing activities and drive defect resolution to ensure solution quality.

Mitigate risks effectively by recognising the impact of delays in project phases; make informed decisions to keep the project on track.

Prepare and distribute project status reports, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and project teams; demonstrate professionalism and composure under changing requirements and delivery pressure.

Provide mentoring and coaching to Solution Consultants and other team members, fostering their growth and development.
