Role Description The Senior Solution Engineer will design, develop, and implement secure, scalable solutions that integrate AI and advanced engineering practices for enterprise clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, architects, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical architectures, leading solution design reviews, and ensuring adherence to security, compliance, and performance standards.

The role involves hands-on development, integration of Agentic AI components, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and guiding teams through deployment, optimization, and production support activities.





The Senior Solution

Engineer will also mentor junior engineers, contribute to best practices and technical documentation, and engage with clients to present solution roadmaps and technical recommendations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in solution architecture, system design, and integration of secure, scalable enterprise platforms.
- Candidates should possess expertise in software engineering with modern programming languages, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of AI/ML integration, Agentic AI concepts, and working with data-driven systems in production environments.
- Candidates should possess competencies in security engineering, compliance, and risk management for regulated industries.
- Candidates should possess experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring/observability tools.
- Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Relevant experience in security, healthcare, insurance, or other regulated domains is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, along with several years of senior-level solution engineering experience, is preferred.
