We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build enterprise-grade applications that are reliable, maintainable, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build scalable Microservices following modern architecture and best practices.

- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third-party systems.

- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code with strong unit and integration test coverage.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design effective data models.

- Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions.

- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.





- Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD automation and cloud deployments.

- Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.

- Strong experience in Microservices architecture.

- Expertise in developing REST APIs.

- Experience with Hibernate/JPA.

- Solid knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.

- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Familiarity with Redis or other caching technologies.

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and JVM performance tuning.

- Experience using Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

- Good understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
