Job Title: Senior Software Engineer Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Experience Level: 6 Years in IT (Minimum 4 Years in Core Development; 3 Years in SFMC)

Location: Chennai (Hybrid)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign &
- Journey Automation: Design and build complex multi-channel customer journeys via Journey Builder and multi-step automation scripts using Automation Studio.
- Advanced Scripting &
- Content: Develop highly personalized, responsive email templates and interactive landing pages using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Data Modeling &
- SQL Segmentation: Manage data integrity, create advanced relational Data Extensions, and write optimized SQL queries for audience segmentation and data extraction.
- API &
- Core Customizations:



Implement secure REST/SOAP API integrations to seamlessly connect SFMC with external systems and Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud).
- Deliverability &
- Infrastructure: Oversee platform technical configurations, including Sender Authentication Package (SAP) setup, IP Warming strategies, and general Salesforce Admin workflows.

Qualifications &

- Skill Sets:
- 6 years in IT with 4 years in active product development.
- Deep proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven track record with REST/SOAP API system integrations.
- Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer / Email Specialist / Consultant / Administrator.
- Preferred Skills: Secondary coding exposure (Python or Apex) and advanced reporting/analytics tools.
