Role Description The Senior Software Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems that support manufacturing, operations, and data workflows. Day-to-day work includes building and optimizing back-end services, integrating production and ERP systems, and creating tools that enable data-driven decision-making across the factory floor.

The role involves collaborating with engineering, operations, and quality teams to understand requirements, translate them into robust technical solutions, and ensure system reliability and performance.

The Senior Software

Engineer will review code, mentor junior developers, establish best practices,



and contribute to architectural decisions that support scalability and security. This position also includes troubleshooting critical issues, refining deployment pipelines, and continuously improving software to align with evolving business and production needs.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming, with the ability to design, implement, test, and maintain complex systems.
- Experience in SAP integration with 3rd party applications.
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and integration with enterprise and manufacturing systems.
- Solid understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles in production environments.
- Experience with contemporary programming languages (such as Java, C#, Python, or similar) and relevant frameworks.
- Knowledge of industrial or manufacturing systems, MES/ERP integration, or data acquisition from production equipment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cloud services, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate technical concepts clearly, and mentor other engineers.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
