The Software

Engineer will be responsible for working on AI initiatives in the product and he should be supporting and mentoring junior engineers and Technical Development Program participants.

Primary Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and ensure the timely delivery of software projects

Utilize Cloud services such as Azure/AWS/GCP, and Github to implement scalable and reliable applications

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to automate the software deployment process

Containerize applications using Docker for easy deployment and scalability

Write comprehensive test cases using the Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) approach to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively participate in continuous learning and improvement initiatives

Builder Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code,



and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

Required Qualifications Graduate degree or equivalent experience

Experienced Software Engineer with 4+ years of professional full stack development experience

3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Spring Boot, Java and React

3+ years of development experience in SpringBoot/Java/Rest API

3+ years of development experience in React/Java Script

Experienced in AI and ML for doing POC's and participate in the initiatives for 2026 roadmap

Experience in AWS Cloud Services





Experience on writing Test cases using the Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) approach to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions

Experience in Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Experience of working in Agile methodology

Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines. Proficiency in Docker and containerization concepts

Valuable knowledge of Kafka

Dev Ops Concepts knowledge

Solid knowledge of AI, Azure services, including EKS, ECR, MSK, Open Search, and Logstash

Solid understanding of software principles and experience with ATDD approach

Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proven excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Proven excellent debugging skills
