Role Description The Senior Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that power Codxbyte’s technology and marketing platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Gurugram involves leading back-end development projects, writing clean and efficient code, performing code reviews, and ensuring system reliability and scalability. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, implementing best practices in software architecture and security,



and optimizing application performance.

The role also includes mentoring junior engineers, contributing to technical documentation, and participating in continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and system design.

Hands-on experience in Software Development and Programming using modern languages and frameworks.

Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.

Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

Experience leading complex engineering projects and collaborating with product, design, and marketing teams.

Knowledge of version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, testing methodologies, and cloud platforms.

Ability to write transparent technical documentation and mentor less experienced team members.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
