Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of the 80 MLD MBR project.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly work plans.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and IS Codes.
- Supervise RCC works including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, waterproofing, and water-retaining structures.
- Coordinate with planning, billing, QA/QC, survey, procurement, and client teams.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, material consumption, equipment utilization, and project costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues promptly.
- Conduct site review meetings and submit regular progress reports to management.
- Ensure timely completion of the project within budget and quality requirements.

Preferred candidate profile * 8+ years in civil infrastructure projects.

- Experience in MBR, ESR, GLSR, WTP, STP, Pump Houses, or other large RCC water-retaining structures is highly preferred.
- Must have independently handled large RCC projects from foundation to completion.
