Min experience required : 3+ Years Sarvam Design Spaces is a interior design and turnkey execution company specializing in premium residential and commercial spaces. We're looking for an experienced Site Engineer / Project Manager who can independently manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure timely delivery with exceptional quality. Key Responsibilities

Independently manage residential and commercial interior fit-out projects from site handover to final completion.

Plan, schedule, and supervise day-to-day site activities.

Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Read and execute AutoCAD working drawings and resolve site execution challenges.

Monitor project timelines, labour productivity, and material consumption.

Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.

Handle client meetings and provide regular project updates.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent execution standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior fit-out execution.





Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Strong knowledge of interior construction, finishing materials, and site execution.

Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.

Experience in coordinating carpentry, modular furniture installation, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and finishing works.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage project timelines and site teams.
