Role Description The Senior Services Engineer role is a full time remote position responsible for supporting customers in the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of environmental monitoring instruments and related systems. Day-to-day activities include providing technical support via phone, email, and remote tools, guiding on-site service teams, and ensuring timely resolution of equipment issues to minimize downtime. The role involves diagnosing complex technical problems, planning preventative maintenance, and maintaining detailed service records and documentation.

Engineer collaborates closely with sales, engineering,



and product teams to relay field feedback, improve service procedures, and support customer training on proper use and care of instruments. Occasional travel to client sites may be required depending on project needs and service priorities.

Qualifications - Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for complex environmental monitoring instruments and systems.

- Candidates should possess hands-on Field Service experience, including site coordination and customer-facing service delivery.
- Candidates should possess solid Maintenance & Repair abilities for electronic, electro-mechanical, or analytical equipment.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- Relevant engineering degree or diploma (e.g., Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Environmental, or Mechanical) or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with environmental, laboratory, or industrial instrumentation and familiarity with safety and regulatory standards is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and readiness to manage multiple service assignments.
- Comfort using remote diagnostic tools, CRM or ticketing systems, and standard office software for reporting and documentation.
