Position: Laptop & Desktop Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware issues in laptops, desktops, Laptop QC and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and software applications.
- Perform preventive maintenance and regular health checks on systems.
- Handle system formatting, OS reinstallation, driver updates, and patch management.
- Replace and service hardware components (RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, display, keyboards, power supply, etc.).
- Manage antivirus installation, updates, and malware removal.
- Provide on site and remote support to end users for technical issues.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and service records.
- Coordinate with vendors/service centers for warranty claims and escalated repairs.

Requirements:





- Diploma / Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Proven experience (0-3 years) in laptop and desktop hardware servicing.
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI, drivers, networking basics, and data backup/recovery.
- Experience with brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, etc. (preferred).
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with end users.
