Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer – Color Sorter with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in servicing, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of Color Sorter Machines. This is a full time position based in Kundli, Sonipat (Haryana) and requires regular travel to customer locations for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and technical assistance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing machine issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, commissioning new machines, providing operator training, and ensuring maximum machine performance and customer satisfaction.





The role also involves preparing service reports, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining service records, and delivering timely technical support both onsite and remotely.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining Color Sorter Machines.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in optical sorting systems.
- Experience in machine installation, commissioning, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
- Good knowledge of electrical, electronics, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and understand electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Experience in customer handling, technical support, and onsite service.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and service assignments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with service, sales, and technical teams.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service and maintaining safety standards.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Meyer or other Color Sorter Machines will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of PLC, sensors, cameras, pneumatic systems, and industrial automation.
- Experience in the rice, pulses, spices, seed, food processing, or plastic recycling industries is preferred.
- Ability to train customers and junior service engineers on machine operation and maintenance.
