We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in the job market context of India with a strong background in engineering and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Conduct in office visits to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement service plans for customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Provide training to customers and team members as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 4-9 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with mechanical, electrical, and/or software systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
