Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master with 710 years of Agile Delivery experience to lead Data-related projects including Data Warehouse, Data Migration, and Data Platform initiatives. The role requires end-to-end project management, financial governance, budgeting, capacity planning, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile delivery and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across cross-functional teams.

- Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, governance, and reporting.

- Drive delivery of Data Warehouse, Data Migration, and Data Platform initiatives.

- Own project budgeting, costing, forecasting, and financial governance activities.

- Manage resource planning, capacity forecasting, and utilization.

- Track risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations while ensuring timely resolution.





- Collaborate with business, technology, and leadership stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

- 7–10 years of Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience.

- Proven experience delivering Data Warehouse, Data Migration, or Data Platform projects.

- End-to-end Project Management experience with delivery ownership.

- Hands-on experience in Budgeting, Costing, Financial Forecasting, and Financial Governance.

- Experience in Capacity Planning and Resource Forecasting.

- Strong expertise in Jira and Confluence.

- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Protected frameworks.

- Stakeholder Management and Escalation Management experience.
